v18.4.0 - The assistant does the work, a person decides.

Five releases in two weeks, one idea running through all of them: software can prepare the change, but the estimator, the project manager or the quantity surveyor is the one who makes it.

Version 18 started with the AI assistant learning to act instead of only answering. It ended with the records of a project pointing at each other, so a change that starts as an RFI can be followed all the way to the budget line it moved. In between, the money got one path from the estimate to the bank, and four more countries got their own rules.

What is in versions 18.0 to 18.4

Nothing reaches the project on its own

Every one of these changes follows the same rule. The assistant and the copilot show what they would write, with a confidence score where it applies, and a person with the right role in that project decides. Undo refuses to overwrite a record somebody edited after the change was applied, and says so instead of guessing.
