The self-hosted app stores nothing with us. OpenConstructionERP is self-hosted software. When you run it on your own infrastructure, your projects, drawings, estimates and cost data live in your database and object storage — they are never sent to us, and no telemetry is collected by default. This policy covers only this marketing website (openconstructionerp.com) and the optional hosted demo.

The website has several forms — demo registration, commercial-licence requests, general / custom-build inquiries, newsletter sign-up and partner-program applications. Depending on the form, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, work email, company, country, team size and your message) together with technical metadata needed to process and protect the request (IP address, timestamp, user-agent, and any referrer / UTM campaign parameters). Submissions are stored on our server and emailed to us so we can respond.
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default and only enabled if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. IP anonymisation is enabled, and we do not run advertising, remarketing or personalisation signals. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.

Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' configured retention.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@datadrivenconstruction.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in our case the data-protection authority of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
If you request demo access, we process your email to verify it and to provide login. The demo environment is shared and may be reset; please do not enter real, confidential or production data into it.
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
