These terms govern your use of the openconstructionerp.com website and the optional hosted demo. The OpenConstructionERP software itself is licensed separately under the AGPL-3.0 (see §3) — these terms do not restrict the rights that licence grants you.
By accessing this website or the hosted demo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The site is provided for information about the OpenConstructionERP project. We may change, suspend or remove pages at any time. We try to keep information accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete or current.
OpenConstructionERP's open-source core is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). Your use, modification and distribution of the software are governed by that licence: gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0. A commercial licence is available for proprietary embedding, closed-source distribution or managed hosting — contact info@datadrivenconstruction.io.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, the hosted demo and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This mirrors the warranty disclaimer of the AGPL-3.0.
The hosted demo is a shared, best-effort environment offered for evaluation only. It has no service-level guarantee, may be reset or taken offline without notice, and must not be used for real, confidential or production data. Do not attempt to overload, probe or attack the demo or its infrastructure.
The software source is under AGPL-3.0. The OpenConstructionERP and DataDrivenConstruction names and logos, and the website's design and non-software content, remain the property of their owner and are not granted under the software licence.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the website, demo or software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
