v18.6.0 - Eleven areas, one project frame.

A project is more than a bill of quantities. This release gives it a frame to run in, shows it on two German demo projects, and brings a full pack for MEP contractors in Türkiye.

Eleven areas of project work now have a place of their own in OpenConstructionERP through the new Owner's Project Control pack, and two demo projects show them working together. Around that, Türkiye gets a pack built for MEP contractors, the menu learns to put a pack's own screens first, and the money paths keep every amount exactly as it was entered.

What is in version 18.6.0

Quantities that follow the model

Quantity rules can now compare as well as match, so a rule can take the walls whose width is over 200 mm or whose Phase Demolished is empty. A saved element group or Smart View can be the quantity source of a BOQ position. When a model is uploaded as a new version of one the project already holds, the bill's change review shows old and new quantities side by side, and nothing is written until you accept.

Companies of a group, and payments to the cent

Administrators can manage the companies of a group under Admin, and a project can name the company that owns it, so two companies never issue the same invoice number. Recording a payment and linking an invoice to a purchase order keep every amount exactly as entered, with no rounding through floating point, and splitting a payment into cash and retention no longer adds a cent.

Safer webhooks and other fixes

Webhooks no longer reach the server's own network unless an administrator lists the host in OE_WEBHOOK_INTERNAL_ALLOWLIST. Demo projects priced in forints or rupees no longer schedule absurd durations, the Bangalore demo now plans about three years instead of seventeen, and the Windows app can be installed into a folder whose path has non-ASCII characters. Hungary and Spain get their public holidays, VAT rates and statutory payment terms.
