What changed
- Leasing adds a rent schedule, a rent roll with named tenants and an arrears view, and service charges get their own pages and menu entry.
- The measurement book and a manual bar bending schedule have their own page, so site quantities are recorded in one place.
- A bill can carry a tender premium or rebate on a schedule of rates, and the units rmt, cwt and job are available.
- Solution packages install modules for a market in one step, appear in onboarding and settings, and only an administrator can add or remove them.
- Settings offer a secondary Hijri calendar beside Gregorian dates, saved per account and shown on project cards.
- Germany gains procurement rule profiles for the federal level and the 16 states, and prefab units can be received by QR code with a delivery note.
