Manage temporary works and inspections

List every temporary works item on the job - scaffold, props, formwork, falsework, excavation support - with its location, design status and who is responsible for it.

Record the independent design check and the temporary works coordinator sign-off against each item, so the design is verified before anything is built to it.

Inspect the erected item against its design, confirm it was built as drawn, and issue the permit to load only once it passes.

Keep the periodic inspections going - after high winds, adaptations or a set period - and record each one until the item is safely struck and signed off.

原因: A scaffold safe on the day it was signed can be altered or damaged by the next week. The running inspection record is what keeps it safe for its whole life on the job.
